This week, we’re excited to share our first wine club shipment, which is a compilation of three wines—all new releases—and two club member-exclusive bottles. Introducing the inaugural Evening Land Chardonnay, a new release of Seven Springs Pinot Noir, and a Pétillant Naturel!
A Different Side of Summum
Consider this the little sister to Summum – a sneak peek into what the future holds. It hails from the same plot vines, but is bottled early to harness its power and energy. Overall, this wine is fresh and energetic, though the power and concentration of Summum doubtlessly shines through. Think of this one as the ballerina of our lineup: it's powerful and potent, yet it shows an undeniable grace that only such a special vineyard site as such could provide.
Vibrant Pinot Noir
This wine embodies the cool, even vintage that 2019 was, boasting notes of fresh red fruits, black tea, and forest floor. Our Seven Springs Pinot Noir is produced from biodynamically-farmed fruit and ages for seven months in neutral barrique prior to bottling. Expect a textured, easy-drinking wine that promises to please the masses.
This Pinot Noir-based pét-nat is the perfect pairing for spring and summer, marked by flavors of wild berries, stoney minerality, and of course, bubbles! Crafted entirely from early-harvested Pinot Noir from the Seven Springs Estate, our Pét-Nat Pinot Noir is made using the méthode ancestrale, meaning that fermentation finishes in bottle. The resulting wine is fresh, fruit driven, and laden with poppy notes of strawberry, raspberry, and hints of earth.
Made with Seven Springs fruit for Raj Parr Wine Club, the last remaining cases are available only to our earliest members. This Pinot Noir / Gamay blend is unique—and a delight with food or on its own.
At Evening Land Vineyards, everyone is welcome. Our community features a diverse array of faces, palate preferences, and backgrounds, united by a shared love of wine and the shared experiences that come with it. We look forward to having you along for the journey. To join our wine club, click here.
