White Wine

Our Seven Springs Chardonnay comes from a unique section in the south block of our estate vineyard. This high elevation block has excellent soil drainage and exposure to the cooling influence of the Van Duzer Corridor.

Passion fruit curd, Fragola Fabbri and river stones whoosh from the glass.

This wine glints with the sheen of Chenin Blanc, both in a slight spritz in the glass and in lightning rod aromas of Meyer lemon, Granny Smith apple, beeswax and pink jasmine.

On the palate, the wine showcases lush acidity and a medium to full-bodied texture, leading to a long, delicious finish.
