Our 2021 Seven Springs Pinot Noir Has Arrived!
We are delighted to share the newest vintage of our most popular wine with you, our Evening Land Wine Club Members. A cornerstone of Evening Land, the Seven Springs Pinot Noir proudly carries the name of our historic estate vineyard around the world.
The 2021 growing season here in the Eola-Amity Hills was sublime, producing red wines of tremendous purity and natural concentration. The very first red wine released from this stunning vintage is the 2021 Seven Springs Pinot Noir. It holds within its bouquet all the signatures of Seven Springs - wild and bright brambly fruit, black tea, lurid florality, and a touch of forest floor. On the palate the liveliness and exuberance of a young Pinot is readily apparent.
The 2021 Seven Springs Pinot Noir benefits from a rigorous selection process for the La Source Pinot Noir. Several components of the final wine originated in the La Source field at the windy summit of the vineyard. The finished wine is one of character and place and it is a wine we are so proud to share with you today.
