Summum feels like a summary of the gorgeous traits inherent in Chardonnay. An inviting and expressive nose of lemon curd, sea salt and melon primes the palate for nothing short of an explosion of flavor. Salted stone fruit and a dapple of burrata widen and become three-dimensional while simultaneously locking into breakneck speed. Expansive in texture and blistering in acidity, the finish propels itself forward. Simply put, all of the necessary components to vibrant, balanced Chardonnay are here. It will age gracefully.
