2019 La Source Chardonnay

We believe that Chardonnay from Oregon is one of the most overlooked and under appreciated categories in the realm of domestic wine. Our La Source Chardonnay comes from volcanic soils scattered with iron-rich rocks and pebbles, located just a stone’s throw away from the Summum Chardonnay plot. The 2019 vintage shows high-toned aromatics of green apple skin, underripe peach, and crushed rocks, which carry over to the palate and lead to a refreshing, acid-laden finish. This wine is highly emblematic of the place from which it comes – a sunny, one-of-a-kind site in the heart of the Eola-Amity Hills.
