2021 Seven Springs Chenin Blanc
While grown in a cooler, more shaded part of the estate, this Chenin Blanc is affable and warm. Like the estate Chardonnay, there’s a slight pétillance as aromas of beeswax, lemon balm, apple blossom and wildflower honey whoosh from the glass. Medium-bodied with lush fruit and salinity, the wine’s presence focuses its tension – reined into a long, precise finish.
