Produced in small quantities, the 2021 vintage Pinot Noir cuvées in this collection represent the pinnacle of our winegrowing and winemaking efforts at Evening Land. Accompanying these still wines is the 2016 Blanc de Noirs, a single vineyard, single vintage sparkling wine made in the traditional method and aged for six years before release.
