Vintage Release: 2019 Chenin Blanc
Today, we are proud to release our third vintage of Seven Springs Chenin Blanc. While uncommon for Oregon, this wine is inspired by history and stepped in tradition.
Our 2019 Seven Springs Chenin Blanc shows lovely aromatics of tree fruits and citrus that mingle with just a hint of flinty minerality. The palate is textural and open knit, bearing that classic waxy texture while finishing with a bright and refreshing zip.
Why Chenin Blanc, you may ask? Simple: passion. A pet project of our very own Rajat Parr, the Chenin Blanc vines at Seven Springs were inspired by an old bottle that Raj recalled tasting many years ago. For a deeper dive into the story, click here.
