Pinot Noir is playful and thirst quenching when it comes alive with a sparkle! This week, we’re excited to announce the launch of our Seven Springs Pinot Noir Pét-Nat, perfect for sipping with snacks and enjoying amongst friends.
Composed entirely from early-harvested Pinot Noir from the Seven Springs Estate, our Pét-Nat Pinot Noir is made via the méthode ancestrale. The fermentation finishes in bottle, resulting in a small amount of trapped effervescence.
This fun, fizzy, fruit-driven wine is super easy to drink… a little too easy, if you ask us.
