Introducing Our 2020 Chenin Blanc
When pressed to choose their favorite white wine grape, odds are most sommeliers will mention Chenin Blanc. Versatile, textural, vibrant, aromatic, and even regal, Chenin Blanc is a grape variety that pairs beautifully with a wide range of cuisines.
Inspired by a bottle of Bethel Heights Chenin Blanc from the 1970s, our very own sommelier and winemaker Raj Parr grafted over an acre of Pinot Noir to Chenin Blanc in 2016. While yields rarely exceed 2 barrels of wine, the Seven Springs Chenin Blanc has become a favorite of ours and our customers. Each year we look forward to this release. We have already shared the 2020 Seven Springs Chenin Blanc with our 12-bottle club members, so quantities are limited.
