2020 Evening Land White Pinot Noir

Our very first vintage of White Pinot Noir showcases a unique side to this ubiquitous Oregon variety. The Pinot Noir used for this wine is planted to the Calera clone on the East Ridge of Seven Springs, a section that typically yields the earliest ripening fruit (meaning that this Pinot Noir was the first to hit our cellar during harvest). This bottle is the most floral-driven expression of Pinot Noir from our lineup. Aromas of apple butter, orange marmalade, honey, and white flower petals on the nose lead to a palate laden with flavors of white cherry, peonies, and lemon zest. For Pinot Noir lovers looking for a unique expression of the variety, this bottle promises a delicious, thought-provoking experience.

Fruit was whole-cluster pressed into stainless steel tanks for fermentation followed by three months of aging in neutral French barrels.
