This cuvée represents the second vintage of our promising Méthode Champenoise program. The wine aged on its lees for an impressive 48 months prior to disgorgement, which was completed by hand in July of this year.

2016 Blanc de Blancs - Three Pack
We believe that Sparkling Wine belongs on the table year-round, regardless of celebration or time of year. Our vintage Blanc de Blancs is crafted with the utmost attention to detail and is produced in the traditional Méthode Champenoise style. Fruit comes from biodynamically-farmed vines at Seven springs, and spends 48 months on the lees prior to disgorgement by hand. The resulting wine is soft and palate-coating, marked by flavors of fresh green apple, lemon zest, brioche, and a touch of cream. Although the wine is showing beautifully now, we feel that it will only get better over the coming 3-5 years. If opening within the first year, we recommend decanting prior to serving.
