The Seven Springs Rosé comes from the young Pinot Noir vines planted up on the vineyard's East Ridge.
This bright, clean, and lively Chardonnay is the foundation of all that we do at Evening Land. Fruit comes from the rockier areas of our vineyard's mid-slope, which is reflected in the wine's clarity and precision on the palate.
We're proud to farm some of the oldest Gamay vines in North America. Although the juice is vinified with a Beaujolaise approach in mind, don't be mistaken – this wine is undeniably Oregon.
Since its inaugural vintage in 2007, our La Source Pinot Noir has been our most sought-after wine. Fruit is planted to Dijon selections of the grape and is rooted in shallow, rocky soils.
Our La Source Chardonnay vineyard is rooted into volcanic soils laden with iron-rich rocks and pebbles, located just downslope from the band of vines that create our Summum cuvée.
Although Oregon's claim to fame has long been its Pinot Noir, this exceptional Chardonnay promises to give the reputation a run for its money.
